Will You Help Poseidon Protect the Waters of the Earth?

The changing climate is affecting the oceans and rivers. Poseidon needs your help! Can you rise to the
challenges of team-work and diversity to band together, in order to help save our precious waters? Your team will be challenged to learn about aquatic ecosystems to receive the Jewels of Light. If we can earn the Jewels, they can be returned to Poseidon to power the Trident and save our waters. Can your team gain knowledge by:

  • Exploring and discovering the inhabitants of the intertidal zones
  • Learning to read a map and follow routes
  • Explore and discover the aquatic macroinvertebrates in the Deschutes River
  • Understanding the effects of erosion
  • Identifying native plants and their uses
