Description

Discover the Secrets of the Sea Serpents in the Salish Sea!

Everyone knows about Nessie, the Loch Ness monster, but have you heard of the Cadborosaurus. Legend has it that a serpent like creature with a 6 foot neck, 3 foot head and a spiky tail lives in the Salish Sea, also known as Puget Sound. Since 1900, there have been many more reported sightings than there have been for Nessie, yet most of us have never even heard of it. Can you help to solve the mystery of whether Cadborosaurus is real? Many have searched before, but only a few have found evidence to support the existence of such a creature. Will your team be the next? What scientific methods will your team use to unlock the secret of this Cryptid? Gain new experience that will aid in your exploration, such as:

  •   Learn to speak in Morse code and other secret languages
  •   Discover the science of waves and tides
  •   Design an undersea rover
  •   Collect scientific data from aquatic invertebrates
